VAT:23%, or 230 Euros.
Income tax: 35%, or 269.5 euros.
Advance tax(withholding) :55% in addition or +148 Euros.
Social security dues: 240 Euros/month.

So, if we add all of the above, the total is 887.5 Euros.
Therefore, 88% of his monthly income will go to the state.
